POLICIES

Cancellations/No Shows- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give me at least 24 hours notice. Canceling within the 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service. No showing your appointment with zero notice will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of your scheduled service. Canceling within 1 hour of your appointment is considered a no show. No exceptions, thank you for understanding.

Tardiness- I understand sometimes being late is unavoidable. In the event you are 5-30 minutes passed your scheduled time, I may be forced to only work on your for the remaining time of your appointment or reschedule your service altogether. Clients who arrive late to appointments will still be charged in full for their scheduled service and the appointment will end at its original time.

Sick- In the event that you show up to your eyelash appointment showing any signs of illness(coughing, sneezing, runny nose, etc.), I will kindly ask you to leave, reschedule, and charge you 100% for your scheduled appointment. If you wake up the morning of your appointment not feeling well, please reach out to me as soon as possible. I work very closely to clients so it is important to protect the health of myself and other clients that will come into the salon. Thank you for understanding.

Children and Guests- As a courtesy to other clients and staff, we ask that clients not bring children or any additional guests to their appointments.

Payments- All major credit cards accepted and ApplePay

Services, Products, and Returns- All sales are final on products and services.

I use Square Appointments where you can schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments by setting up an account. When you book through Square Appointments you will be asked for credit card information. Your card information is safe, secure, and will not be charged unless you violate the cancellation policy.
